Nablus Municipality receives European Delegation within Euro-Nablus Initiative

nbsp;Nablus Municipality organized yesterday an official dinner to receive the European delegations from different twinned cities with Nablus at the public library park. Mayor Adly Yaish, all councilors, public relations staff and departments' heads were present to receive the delegations.
Renewal of Cooperative Agreement between Florence Province and Nablus Municipality

Mayor Adly Yaish and a number of councilors received an official delegation from Florence Province in Italy represented by Mrs. Elesia Ballini, councilor and Mr. Filippo Palistreri, project manager of Women Corner project at Medina Foundation in Florence. The aim of this visit is to renew the exisiting cooperative agreement pertaining to the Feminist Corner Project and to participate in the proceedings of the Euro-Nablus meetings.
Mayor Yaish Receives the city manager of Harida city – Sweden

Mayor Adly Yaish and a number of councilors received yesterday the city manager of Haryda city in Sweden and teachers of the music vocational school in Haryda in addition to a group of students in the said school. The aim of this visit is to discuss possible horizons of cooperation with Nablus municipality through implementing music and arts programs and introduce the ongoing music project being implemented at JamalMasriSchool in cooperation with the directorate of education through which 50 female students participating.
Nablus Municipality carried out a free of charge medical day

Within the framework of the World Health Day being carried out by NablusMunicipality in cooperation with the WHO and Ministry of Health, Eng. Adly Yaish, mayor of Nablus has opened the free medical day at Al-Kindy school with the participation of a number of local medical and health institutions in the city. The activity covered early self check of breast cancer for women, early check of impairment for children, sight check, blood testing, psychological support for women and other related medical checks.
Nablus Municipality Concluded Participation in Tuscany Meeting

Nablus Municipality delegation represented by councilor Eng. Mahdi Hanbali and Miss. Rajaa Taher, Director of Public and International Relation Department concluded Nablus Municipality participation at The Med Cooperation Project steering committee meeting took place in Toscaney Florence/Toscany Region – Italy. Other Palestinian participants in the said conference included Mr. Hassan Saleh, Mayor of Jerich and representatives of a number of Palestinian local authorities involved in the project. Nablus Municipality delegation met with Mr. Claudio Martini, President of Tuscany Region, and Mr. Massimo Toschi, Minister of International Cooperation of Toscany Region.
